Cooking Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub the spice mix onto it. Let it rest.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Mix chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until coated.
- On a tortilla, add the salad mixture and sliced chicken. Optionally add cherry tomatoes.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom.
- Place the rolled wraps seam-side down in the air fryer. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove wraps, slice in half, and serve immediately while warm.
