Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Use a whisk to evenly blend the dry ingredients.
- Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it gently for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, rolling each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a round shape about ¼-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Generously brush each flattened round of dough with the prepared garlic-oil mixture.
- Carefully place the brushed flatbreads in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the flatbreads from the air fryer and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
