Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Hard boil the eggs by covering them with cold water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for 18 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs under running water, slice in half, and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. In a food processor, blend the yolks with avocados, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, cayenne, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Pulse in chopped cilantro until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the avocado mixture using a spoon or piping bag, garnishing with additional cilantro and cayenne if desired.
  6. Serve fresh on a platter, sharing with friends and family immediately for best flavor.
