  4. Prepare the Avocado: Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Assemble the Toast: Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread, then layer with crispy bacon and fried eggs.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or herbs and serve immediately while warm.
