Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded cabbage and 1 grated carrot. Toss the vegetables together.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce until coated.
  5. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a skillet over low heat.
  6. Spread a warm tortilla flat, then add BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center. Roll tightly.
  7. Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
