  4. Sprinkle an ample amount of shredded Colby Jack cheese over the BBQ sauce.
  5. Layer on the diced grilled chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the cheese, followed by chopped bell peppers.
  6. Transfer the prepared flatbreads into the preheated oven or onto the pizza stone. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the flatbreads to cool for a couple of minutes, then garnish with thinly sliced green onions before serving.
