Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare your baking surface.
- Roll out your prepared pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter) and transfer it to the greased pizza pan.
- Shred your cooked chicken breast, toss it with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, sprinkle half of the cheese, then add the BBQ-coated chicken and sliced red onions, finishing with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
