  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Can substitute with parsley.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For crispy crust.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare your baking surface.
  2. Roll out your prepared pizza dough to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter) and transfer it to the greased pizza pan.
  3. Shred your cooked chicken breast, toss it with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, sprinkle half of the cheese, then add the BBQ-coated chicken and sliced red onions, finishing with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a minute, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
