For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup mixed berries any berry mix works well
  • 1 cup beet juice gives vibrant red hue
  • 1 medium banana ripe, adds creaminess
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for decoration
  • 1 tablespoon red sugar for rim garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and measure 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 cup of beet juice and slice the banana.
  2. Blend together mixed berries, beet juice, banana slices, and ½ cup of Greek yogurt until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup if needed; blend for another 10–15 seconds.
  4. Prepare glasses by dipping rims in honey and then in red sugar for decoration.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with chia seeds and add fresh mint for garnish.
