Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and measure 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 cup of beet juice and slice the banana.
- Blend together mixed berries, beet juice, banana slices, and ½ cup of Greek yogurt until completely smooth.
- Taste and add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup if needed; blend for another 10–15 seconds.
- Prepare glasses by dipping rims in honey and then in red sugar for decoration.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with chia seeds and add fresh mint for garnish.
