Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Slice into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir gently until smooth, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with baking spray.
  4. Pour half of the pancake batter into the greased baking dish. Add half of the sausage and half of the cheese on top.
  5. Pour the remaining pancake batter over the first layer, then add the rest of the sausage and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the lasagna sit for 5 minutes, then drizzle with maple syrup before cutting into squares.
