- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Slice into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir gently until smooth, avoiding overmixing.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with baking spray.
- Pour half of the pancake batter into the greased baking dish. Add half of the sausage and half of the cheese on top.
- Pour the remaining pancake batter over the first layer, then add the rest of the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the lasagna sit for 5 minutes, then drizzle with maple syrup before cutting into squares.
