Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized jar or container, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and fine sea salt. Stir vigorously until smooth.
  2. Add the old-fashioned rolled oats and chia seeds, stirring gently but thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  3. Layer in the frozen or fresh berries on top of the mixture, pressing down lightly to incorporate.
  4. Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats to mix and check the consistency, adding milk or water if too thick.
