Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, then season with Cajun seasoning and salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side up and cook for about 3 minutes until golden.
  3. Flip the salmon fillets to skin-side down and cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring crispy skin.
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic, stirring until combined. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once the sauce thickens, stir in lemon juice and set aside.
  6. Pour the honey-butter sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, spooning sauce over fillets regularly.
  7. Check for doneness by ensuring an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Remove salmon from skillet, garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
