Preparation Steps
- Boil 2 cups of water. Dissolve orange gelatin and half of the sugar while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Cool slightly and pour into clear cups.
- Chill the orange layer for at least 2 hours until set.
- Whip 1 cup of cream until soft peaks form. Gently sweeten with a tablespoon of sugar and mix.
- Add whipped cream layer over the set orange gelatin in each cup, aiming for about one inch.
- Boil another 2 cups of water. Dissolve lemon gelatin and remaining sugar in the hot water. Cool slightly.
- Pour lemon gelatin over whipped cream layer in each cup, creating the final layer.
- Chill for another 2 hours until the yellow layer is set.
- Top with candy corn before serving and add optional fruits if desired.
