  • 1 package orange gelatin can use vegan gelatin for a plant-based option
  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 4 cups water 2 cups for each gelatin mixture
  • 1 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup whipped cream for layering
For the Garnishing
  • 1 cup candy corn for topping
  • fruits (optional) chopped fruits like peaches or mangos

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 2 cups of water. Dissolve orange gelatin and half of the sugar while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Cool slightly and pour into clear cups.
  2. Chill the orange layer for at least 2 hours until set.
  3. Whip 1 cup of cream until soft peaks form. Gently sweeten with a tablespoon of sugar and mix.
  4. Add whipped cream layer over the set orange gelatin in each cup, aiming for about one inch.
  5. Boil another 2 cups of water. Dissolve lemon gelatin and remaining sugar in the hot water. Cool slightly.
  6. Pour lemon gelatin over whipped cream layer in each cup, creating the final layer.
  7. Chill for another 2 hours until the yellow layer is set.
  8. Top with candy corn before serving and add optional fruits if desired.
