  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
