- Chill two glasses by filling them with ice and setting aside. Optionally, place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, fill halfway with ice. Add cherry juice, simple syrup, vanilla extract, lime juice, and orange juice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture evenly into the chilled glasses.
- Top with club soda, pouring gently down the side. Stir lightly to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
