- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment, including a 9x13-inch baking pan and a mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and a splash of water. Stir until well blended, then fold in the uncooked Minute Rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the creamy chicken mixture into your greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread it evenly.
- Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
