Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment, including a 9x13-inch baking pan and a mixing bowl.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with the Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and a splash of water. Stir until well blended, then fold in the uncooked Minute Rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the creamy chicken mixture into your greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread it evenly.
  4. Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
  6. Let the casserole cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving. Optionally, drizzle chicken gravy over each portion.
