  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg white, vanilla extract, and water until frothy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the cashews and stir gently to coat.
  4. Pour the cashews into the sugar mixture bowl and stir gently until coated.
  5. Spread cashews in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Stir and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Cool completely on the baking sheet, breaking apart any clusters before serving or storing.
