  2. Crack in 8 large eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until frothy, about 2 minutes. Mix in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Gently fold in the cottage cheese, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and bacon bits into the egg mixture.
