  3. In the mixing bowl, add chopped apples, fresh cranberries, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until chunky and well-combined.
  4. Spoon the cranberry-apple filling back into the sweet potato skins, packing lightly.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake the filled sweet potatoes for an additional 20-25 minutes.
