Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare cranberries by roughly chopping them and set aside.

  4. Form the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  6. Slice the chilled dough into 1/3 inch thick cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes until just golden.
