- Slice the cabbage into thin strips, about ¼-inch thick, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage starts to wilt.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir continuously over low heat for about 4–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
