Mixing Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer container, leaving space for expansion while freezing.
- Churn the mixture according to the ice cream maker's instructions for 20-25 minutes or freeze in a metal pan, stirring every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
- Transfer to an airtight container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up.
