Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Incorporate minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Sprinkle in dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to meld flavors for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in white wine, scraping the skillet to lift flavorful bits. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Gently fold in cooked lobster meat and peeled shrimp into the cream sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper into the seafood mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  7. Layer lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are layered.
  8. Spread remaining seafood mixture on top, followed by remaining mozzarella and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  10. Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
