Step‑by‑Step Instructions for White Mushroom Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  3. Add sliced cremini mushrooms, thyme, and oregano, and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a cornmeal-dusted surface into a 12-inch round, about ¼ inch thick.
