Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized wedges, about ½ inch thick. Pat dry with a kitchen towel and let air dry for about 10 minutes.

  4. Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. After 15 minutes, carefully pour in a little broth and continue cooking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until fork-tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove the wedges from the air fryer and serve hot, drizzling with fresh lemon juice just before serving.
