  1. Begin by patting the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, ensuring a crispy exterior. Place the fillets on a clean cutting board, skin-side down, for easy seasoning.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well mixed. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets into the air fryer basket, skin-side down, leaving space between fillets for proper air circulation.
