Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a round base.
  3. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold edges over, pinch seams, and shape into a ball.
  4. For frying, heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry bombs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For baking, place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. For air frying, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
