Dumpling Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add warm water while mixing, knead until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix ground meat, chopped vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl until combined.
- Roll out the dough and cut into pieces, shape each into a circle, fill with a teaspoon of filling, and seal.
- Heat oil in a skillet, fry dumplings until golden, add water, cover, and steam until cooked.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce and garnish with green onions.
