- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the fresh cauliflower florets with melted butter until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine finely grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the butter-coated cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
- For air fryer method, preheat to 390°F (200°C) and cook for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Let them cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
