Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by rolling out your pizza dough on a floured surface, aiming for a 12-inch round. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if available.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel. Evenly dollop the ricotta across the surface of the dough, followed by thinly sliced pears. Sprinkle shredded pecorino cheese generously over everything.
- Carefully slide the prepared pizza into the preheated oven or onto the hot pizza stone. Bake for 12–15 minutes, keeping an eye on the crust as it turns golden brown.
- Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven. Shave fresh black truffle over the hot pizza and drizzle with honey before slicing.
