Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Cupcakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix sour cream and Biscoff spread in another bowl, then add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients carefully until just mixed.
  5. Fill cupcake wells 2/3 full and bake for 20-23 minutes.
  6. Cool cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
