Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips fold in as desired
  • 1/2 cup Nuts lightly chopped

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by greasing it.
  2. Combine melted butter and cocoa powder in a bowl, stir until smooth; add sugar, then eggs, mixing well.
  3. Sift in flour and add vanilla extract, fold into the mixture carefully.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; mix in the egg until combined.
  5. Layer half of the brownie batter in the pan, add half of the cheesecake mixture, and repeat. Swirl together.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft; cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice into squares and serve warm or chilled, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
