Preparation Instructions
- Begin by lining an 8x8-inch pan with foil or parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges for easy removal. Spray the lined pan lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a double boiler, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix. Stir continuously over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, mixing for about 1 minute until they’re evenly incorporated and starting to melt.
- Add vanilla extract, mixing well to combine everything thoroughly.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly. Press any remaining marshmallows gently on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set and firm to the touch.
- Melt additional semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the chilled fudge. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
