  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together, adding water if needed, for about 3-5 minutes until fully combined.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll them into balls about one inch in diameter, placing them on a parchment-lined tray. This process should take around 5-7 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up. They should hold their shape when removed.
  6. After chilling, serve the energy balls as they are or rolled in shredded coconut or crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
