  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil, stirring continuously for 30 seconds.
  4. Next, toss in the sliced onions, sautéing them for about 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
  5. Now, introduce the sliced mushrooms to the mix. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they become tender and slightly browned.
