  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Coconut yogurt can be used for dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly for about 2–3 minutes until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands, then take portions of the mixture and roll into elongated ovals, forming 10-12 kofta that are compact and well-formed.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat around 400°F (200°C). Brush the grates with olive oil. Grill the kofta for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt and lemon juice until smooth. Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and let flavors meld for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the kofta are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with the creamy garlic yogurt sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
