  • 200 ml Wasser (Water) Used to dissolve agar-agar.
  • 10 g Agar-Agar Adjust based on the brand's gel strength.
For Garnishing
  • 300 g Frische Früchte (Fresh Fruits) Use seasonal fruits like strawberries, wild strawberries, and sweet cherries.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the cake ring and line the bottom with baking paper.
  2. Rinse and chop fresh fruits, setting them aside.
  3. Mix zwieback and 200 g of halva in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Whip the cream and remaining halva together until soft peaks form.
  5. Dissolve agar-agar in water over medium heat.
  6. In another bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth, then mix in agar-agar.
  7. Fold whipped halva-cream mixture into yogurt until combined.
  8. Gently combine halva-yogurt filling with zwieback mixture.
  9. Layer the mixture into the cake ring, adding fresh berries between layers.
  10. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
