  • 4 eggs Hard Boiled Eggs Boiled and peeled
  • 4 slices Thin Slices of Cheddar Cheese Substitute with favorite cheese if desired
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon Precooked to save on prep time
  • 1 whole Avocado Can swap with store-bought guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Lemon juice can be a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Omit if preferred
For Serving
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Toothpicks For securing sliders

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Avocado Spread by combining half an avocado, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor. Process until smooth and season with salt.
  2. Boil and slice the eggs. Boil for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath. Peel and slice in half.
  3. Assemble the bottom half by placing a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg half.
  4. Add half a slice of bacon on top of each cheese-topped egg half.
  5. Top with a spoonful of avocado mixture over the bacon.
  6. Cap with the other half of the hard-boiled egg and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, serve on a platter.
