- Prepare the Avocado Spread by combining half an avocado, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor. Process until smooth and season with salt.
- Boil and slice the eggs. Boil for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath. Peel and slice in half.
- Assemble the bottom half by placing a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg half.
- Add half a slice of bacon on top of each cheese-topped egg half.
- Top with a spoonful of avocado mixture over the bacon.
- Cap with the other half of the hard-boiled egg and secure with a toothpick.
