- Combine shrimp, crab, and white fish in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and herbs for the filling.
- Fill each crepe with seafood filling, fold, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour béchamel sauce over crepes and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
