  • ¼ Red Onion Use green onions for a milder taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Surimi Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Whisk until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add 8 ounces of shredded imitation crab, 1 diced Roma tomato, ½ sliced cucumber, 1 chopped stalk of celery, and ¼ minced red onion. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mixture and fold gently until all ingredients are coated, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
