Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a swirl of olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the greased baking dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon uncovered for 20-25 minutes until slightly opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
