  • 12 Button Mushrooms Plump and cleaned

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean button mushrooms, remove stems, and set caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped fresh herbs to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  5. Mix sautéed garlic and herbs with cream cheese, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture.
  7. Bake stuffed mushrooms for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese or red pepper flakes in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  9. Let the mushrooms cool for a few minutes before serving.
