Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Finely chop fresh herbs and combine them with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the herb mixture and gently mix to combine.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg with Worcestershire sauce and fold into the turkey mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Lightly brush each meatball with olive oil.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden and firm, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
