Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles: Boil water, add dried noodles, and cook according to package directions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, Szechuan chili paste, hoisin sauce, sugar, and broth in a bowl. Whisk until blended.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Cook Vegetables: Add snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Toss noodles with the sauce and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Finish & Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and optional peanuts or sesame seeds. Serve hot.
