Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season each filet mignon with salt and pepper, then rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet, then sear the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5-10 minutes covered with foil.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and lobster meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, simmering for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Plate the filet mignon and pour the sauce over. Garnish with parsley and serve.
