Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Check the mixture's consistency; add water or plant milk if too dry, or sprinkle in more oats or flax meal if too sticky.
  4. With clean hands, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
  5. Place rolled bites onto a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer chilled bites to an airtight container for storage. They'll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days.
