Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Hibiscus Tea: Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Sweeten the Tea: Strain the hibiscus tea into a heatproof bowl. While warm, stir in granulated sugar to taste until dissolved. Allow to cool.
  3. Blend the Lemonade: Combine the cooled hibiscus tea with freshly squeezed lemon juice and 3 cups of ice cubes in a blender.
  4. Adjust the Sweetness: Taste the blended lemonade and adjust sweetness with more sugar or honey as needed.
  5. Serve & Garnish: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
