Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Noodles
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the dried pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ¾ cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic butter and toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  4. Stir in a handful of grated Parmesan cheese and gradually add the reserved pasta water until a glossy sauce forms.
