  • 4 fillets Salmon opt for thick fillets for extra juiciness

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice use fresh for vibrant taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest ensure it's freshly zested

  • to taste Pepper basic seasoning, adjust to preference
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley adds color and freshness

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Slice fresh lemons into thin rounds and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them skin-side down on the lemon slices.
  4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper and whisk well.
  5. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, letting some drizzle onto the lemon slices.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes until salmon reaches 130-135°F (54-57°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
