Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken bites and toss gently.
  5. Arrange the chicken bites in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil, then add rotini pasta.
  7. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  8. Add heavy cream to the skillet with sautéed garlic, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  9. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  10. Fold the drained rotini into the creamy sauce.
  11. Remove baked chicken bites from the oven and toss them into the pasta and sauce.
  12. Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
