- Combine warm water with brown sugar in a bowl, sprinkle yeast over it, and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix the foamy yeast mixture with oil and flour in a large bowl. Knead until smooth and slightly sticky (5-10 minutes).
- Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 45 minutes until doubled.
- Punch down dough, divide into 24 pieces, roll each into a stick, and let rest for 25 minutes.
